Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Equivalent of a College Diploma in any related field such as Administration or Hotel Engineering Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years work experiences as an Engineering Manager preferably within International Luxury Hotel Industry
- Experience with computerized engineering systems as well as computer literate
- Excellent technical knowledge of major technical equipment and installations such as chillers, air conditioning equipment, building management systems, water treatment, electrical installations, heating system, boilers and fire safety installations
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills to drive service excellence
- Detail oriented, meticulous and quality driven
- Flexible, resilient and an independent functioning
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions, in mathematical or diagram form
- Role model in providing service excellence to our guests
- Having HCSE Certification is a plus
