• Please note that the hotel check-in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon (hotel local time).
• Reservations will be held until 3:00 pm (hotel local time) on the day of arrival, unless guaranteed by credit card, deposit or by company guarantee letter (for companies on approved credit list of the hotel).
• Special Request : All special requests are subject to availability upon arrival.
• All room rates inclusive to 10% service charge and prevailing government tax (currently 10% of room rate + service charge).
• Payment shall be made in local currency (Indonesian Rupiah) based on the hotel’s prevailing billing rate as reflected on the guest bill. We will not accept any foreign currency as payment over the counter.
* For bookings of Early Bird Promotions, advance payment by credit card for the whole duration of the stay is required. These bookings are non-refundable and cannot be amended, modified or cancelled.
